To live a healthy life it is important to have proper digestion. Have your foods slowly and chew them in an exhaustive manner. Digestion problems mainly occur due to eating those food items that are hard to digest. Foods that slow down your digestion process often make you feel uncomfortable. Such food items take so much time to digest and strain your stomach. People who are suffering from various types of medical conditions like stomach flu, IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) should take extra care of their self as these foods are difficult to digest. Ice cream, chicken nuggets etc. are some delicious food items but at the same time these foods take hard time to digest.

Here are some foods that are hard to digest and thus we should consume them in moderate amount.

Fried Foods: Fried foods take hard time to digest and if you are one of those who is suffering from digesting problems then you should avoid these foods at any cost.
