For heart patients it is advised to take salt free or low salt foods in your regular diet plan because salt contains sodium in high amount and sodium is one of the factors that lead heart problems. So for a healthy heart it is important to have low salt in our regular meals.

Cholesterol is also a reason for several heart diseases. Deep fried foods, meat, egg yolks, cheese etc. contain high amount of cholesterol and if you wish to keep your heart healthy you must stay away from all these processed foods. People who are suffering with heart diseases should stay away from these foods. Apart from foods we should reduce the use of oil in our diet. However it is not possible to eat oil free foods for long period of time so we should consume oil in very small amount. This is the best and easy way to keep your heart healthy.
