In order to step ahead in the direction of beefing up our bond, we make sure in all respects that you receive your orders on time. When you receive orders on time, we feel happy and take pride in ourselves. Shipping Methods
Once your order is shipped from our end, the shipping method you have chosen determines how fast your order would arrive at your doorstep. You can choose from the following shipping methods:
1) Express Shipment Method

  • Charges- $20 USD
  • Delivers the order within 8 to 10 business days after dispatching
  • Provides Order Tracking Number
  • Discreet and Safe packaging
  • Do not ship to Post office, Universities and Hotels

2) Registered Post

  • Charges- $18 USD
  • Delivers the order within 10 to 20 business days after dispatching
  • Do not provide Order Tracking Number
  • Discreet and Safe packaging
  • Do not ship to Post office, Universities and Hotels

Shipping Cost

  • If order totals more than $100, you will receive free shipping all over the world.
  • If order is less than $100, the cost of shipping gets displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping Terms
The maximum limit of one order to ship is 500gram.
If order weighs more than 500gram, the order will be shipped in two shipments.

What’s next?
As soon as your order gets confirmed, Dukemeds.com provides information on your order by email. The email provides complete summary of item (s) on your order. Also, other details like name, contact number, shipping address, mode of shipment, shipment charges, order charges, etc. are included within confirmation email. In short, you receive complete invoice of your order in email.

Shipment Notification Email
Once the order is shipped, we will send Shipment Notification email. This email contains information like- shipping address, shipment mode, tracking number (if shipped through Express Shipment Method), and order delivery date.
If you do not receive any of these emails, it means your order did not get confirm with us and you need to place the order again. You can also take help of our customer staff in placing an order.

Late delivery of products
If you do not receive order at the expected time mentioned, immediately contact customer support of Dukemeds.com. During probe if it’s found that the late delivery of order is due to fault at our end, our refund/return policy will come into effect. A customer can ask for either refund or return of the order. Reshipment will be done completely free of cost.

What if I am not home at the time of order delivery?
On the arrival date of your order if it is not possible for you to be at home, leave a note on the door mentioning address of your neighbor who can collect your order on your behalf. If it is not possible, courier member will leave a note on your door with shipment number and contact number so that you can arrange for the pick-up of your order.
